Booking Policy



A 20% non refundable deposit for all appointments is required to secure all bookings.

Pamela Nolan Makeup Artist will send you an invoice via email outlining the payment method. Please be aware that until your deposit is received, the date is still available for someone else to book. Once your deposit is paid, your date and time is locked in and you will be sent a confirmation invoice with the remainder of the outstanding fee via email.

The remainder of the fee is to paid on the day of the service. We accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa. Please note for all card payments there is a 2% surcharge. 


Cancellation Policy

We understand that there may be a time where you are required to change or alter your booking. In this instance we duly request 24 hours notice for weekday (Monday - Thursday) bookings and 48 hours notice for all Friday and weekend bookings  (Friday - Sunday), so that we can offer that time slot to another client.


If your booking is cancelled 24 hours (Monday - Thursday) or 48 hours (Friday - Sunday) in advance your deposit will be held for your next booking. However, if 24 hours (Monday - Thursday) / 48 hours (Friday - Sunday) notice is not provided or you fail to turn up for your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.

Also, if you book using a Gift Voucher or Free Treatment the above notice is required to modify your booking. Similarly, if this notice is not provided or you fail to turn up for your booking, the time has been lost and therefore the Voucher / Free Treatment has been forfeited.


No-shows and last minute cancellations are a huge disadvantage our business. Not only does it affect your booking but it also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us.

Bridal Bookings

Please note for all bridal trials the above booking policy is applied .


Once your trial has been completed and your deposit has been paid for your wedding day, your booking will be locked in . This deposit is then non refundable as we assume you are 100% happy with the trial/service. This also means we cannot change your booking without notice and you cannot cancel without notice.

However, we do understand that exceptional circumstances may arise such as a death in the family. In these incidents we are then able to hold your deposit and with as much notice as you can give us, we will transfer your appointment to another date, provided we are not booked out, but we will try our absolute best to accommodate you.

Additional Artist Fee
A fee for an additional artist will incur for large bookings that require 2 or more artist. Additional artists will only be added where required or where requested. We will always inform you before you confirm your booking whether and additional artist is required. Please inquiry for further information.


Late Arrival Policy


It is understandable that you may be running late due to unforeseen circumstances. We consider 15 minutes late to be reasonable. If this happens please contact us immediately. The cancellation policy will apply if you are unreasonably late.


Refund Policy


Pam endeavours to provide a exceptional service


However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received, you must notify Pam at the time of the service. Or in the unlikely event any issue may occur after the service, you must notify the day after the service. In this case photographic evidence is required , so that the issue can be visually inspected. We will make every effort to correct any problems that may occur to your satisfaction by rescheduling you a new appointment at no additional charge.
