Booking Policy

Deposits

 

A non refundable deposit  is required to secure all bookings. You will receive an email and SMS confirmation when your booking has been approved.

Please be aware that until your deposit is received, the date is still available for someone else to book. Once your deposit is paid, your date and time is locked in and you will be sent a confirmation invoice with the remainder of the outstanding fee via email.

The remainder of the fee is to paid on the day of the service with cash or payment link or one day prior to your booking for direct debit. We accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa. payments. Please note for all card payments there is a 2.2% surcharge. 

 

Cancellation Policy

 
All deposits are non-refundable and therefore will not be refunded in the case of cancellation. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Situations where an event/wedding is cancelled due to personal reasons (relationship breakdown, financial issues, family issues, unforeseen circumstances)

  • Situations regarding health including  ( pandemics, change in regulations, health warnings)

  • Situations regarding weather events

  • Situations regarding travel limitations

  • Or venue closures

For all wedding bookings  we duly  request a minimum of  3 months notice of cancellation prior to your wedding date. In this case will be allow a transfer of your deposit to another day of your choosing if we have it available.  Clients will be sent a bridal contract outlining all further term and conditions and will be required to sign before your booking have been secured. 

For all occasional bookings we  request a minimum of  3 days notice of cancellation prior to your appointment . In this case will be allow a transfer of your deposit to another day of your choosing if we have it available. 

If your booking is cancelled with less than 3 days prior to your booking or you fail to turn up for your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and for all future booking you will be required to pay the full fee upfront. 

For group / wedding bookings - once your deposit has been paid changes to the appointment cannot result in less than 4 services for your booking. No cancellations can be made on the day of the booking.  The client scheduling the booking will be responsible for full payment of all services in the event of a cancellation as per above or if the party/group do not pay their portion. 

If you book using a Gift Voucher or Free Treatment the above notice is required to modify your booking. Similarly, if this notice is not provided or you fail to turn up for your booking, the time has been lost and therefore the Voucher / Free Treatment has been forfeited.

 

No-shows and last minute cancellations are a huge disadvantage our business. Not only does it affect your booking but it also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us.

Trials 

 

Trials will take place at the clients location where we will have an in depth consultation before we even commence hair and/or makeup. We respectfully ask that no more that one extra person accompanies you for this appointment.  Trial appointments can take 1.5 - 3 hour appointments with a max of 1 style. However we will allow for tweaks to be made to your style (ie lip change etc ). If you require an additional style you will need to make and additional booking. Please allow for enough time for a full consultation.

Travel/ Parking

All appointments include travel within a 30 minute  radius from our location at Monterey NSW 2217. Locations outside of this jurisdiction will incur a travel fee.

 

Parking must be provided and for paid by client if no free parking is available at venue.

Additional Artist Fee
A fee for an additional artist will incur for large bookings that require 2 or more artist. Additional artists will only be added where required or where requested. We will always inform you before you confirm your booking whether and additional artist is required.


 

Late Arrival Policy

 

It is understandable that you may be running late due to unforeseen circumstances. We consider 15 minutes late to be reasonable. If this happens please contact us immediately. The cancellation policy will apply if you are unreasonably late.
